Seeking Visionary Servant Leader

The San Antonio Medical Foundation (SAMF) seeks a visionary servant leader with the ability to cultivate a broad range of collaborative professional relationships to advance the mission of the SAMF. The President serves as chief operating officer for the business affairs of the SAMF, reporting through the Chair, who is the Chief Executive Officer, to the Board of Directors. As such, the President is responsible for day-to-day operations and planning of staff, committees, and volunteers, subject to direction from the Board of Directors, and supervision of the Chair.

Compensation in the form of salary, benefits, and performance bonuses will be competitive and reflective of the experience and skill set the selected candidate brings to the SAMF.
